These are my favorite lipsticks for more of a natural look. Nudes, peaches, and mauves. I also included my go-to clear lipgloss, it's perfect for adding over anything but I like wearing it on its own, too. These aren't all the colors I have in these shades, but I wanted to focus on the ones that I always reach for and throw in my bag, ready to apply or re-apply on the go with effortless application. I've never understood the fuss over certain lip colors' ability to withstand eating or drinking, of course it's probably going to come off or create a ring around the lips. I just take off whatever lip product I have on unless it's one of these, they're easy to touch up and even if I don't fix them, they don't look bad. I wear these a lot so lip swatches can be found throughout other posts.
Wet N Wild Mega Last lipstick in Bare It All | A matte, neutral medium mauve. Looks lighter on the lips. Not overly drying for a matte product, also lasts longer than most others. I've been looking into drugstore products more and I actually quite like the shades I've tried from line so far.
Dior Extreme Lipstick in Incognito | A sheer, neutral/slightly cool light mauve. Looks less pink on the lips. Feels moisturizing like a balm and looks pigmented like a sheer lipstick. One of my favorite lip products ever.
NARS Lipstick in Belle de Jour | A sheer, peach color. Looks less orange on the lips. Feels slightly greasy at first but dries down into a more comfortable finish and isn't too drying.
Make Up For Ever Rouge Artist Intense Lipstick in #22 | An opaque, light peachy nude. Looks lighter on the lips. Feels similar to the NARS lipstick formula above but thicker. It has a very concealer lips type look when worn opaque with light skin. I prefer to sheer it down a little.
Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Pur Couture Vernis à Lèvres Glossy Stain in 27 Pêche Cerra-Cola | A sheer, glossy pink peach with a slightly orange peach stain. Comfortable, gummy feel. This needs a little more time to set without pressing my lips together than my other glossy stain. Not a color I would usually buy since it's so pink, but I really like it. I'm wearing it in the photos below.
Smashbox Lipgloss in Crystal | A clear gloss. Comfortable, long wearing formula. I prefer my lip glosses to have a little more stick to them and this one is sticky, but not 'hair stuck in my gloss' sticky.
