Nails with chrome, holographic, and ombré effects sound like a bit much, but I was up for the challenge. The end result looks awesome since at certain angles, it just looks like a chrome polish but then the holographic effect catches the light at other angles. The Sally Hansen chrome polish is at least ten years old and worked relatively well, but with a little air bubbles (mostly edited out.) For the holo ombré, I used a makeup sponge with just that polish and the actual brush. I was afraid of wasting too much but I barely used any on the sponge.
I've been a little lazy with photos lately, although I did have a small failed shoot today which is okay because I want to reuse part of my look from it anyway. More importantly, I was featured on Beautylish for their member spotlight! Read the article here.

beautiful. The holograph color is so nice. And your nails are starting to get wonky, I love them!
ReplyDeleteThank you! And yes, they are! The wonkiness is really visible with this mani.
DeleteIs it your real nails or acrylics ? Either way it looks horrible, you should cut your ugly nails down.
ReplyDeleteFr I'm so confused at why this is supposed to be cute 😂
DeleteTo each their own but wtf is going on here
