Super happy this shoot turned out exactly how I wanted. Scratch that - better than I wanted. I really liked the setup of my monobrow photos but didn't want to rely on that style too heavily for these. I ended up scrawled on the floor taking some of these handheld. The colors turned out really lovely.
The leather top was thrifted for around $8 in pristine condition. It's pretty big on me but I wore it backwards and it looked much better. I did have to edit some parts sticking out, though. The beetle is a rhino beetle I won on eBay forever ago. It's not actually on my tongue, I would've put it on there bare but hairy beetle belly doesn't sound good on my tongue. It was sitting on my lips though. Beetle kisses are okay.
